Our Story
We built Kaizen Academy with love and a strong sense of purpose. Soft skills, (which we believe are as important if not more than hard skills) have always been considered as an add on or a hobby. The focus on degrees over well-rounded development has been deeply rooted.
We decided to change that and make ourselves and everyone around more dynamic, confident and smart each day.
When the institutes we work with, students that we train, educators that we coach feel the impact and enjoy the experiences we deliver, it gives us the energy to keep growing stronger and faster, as the love we receive is absolutely worthwhile!
